【摘要】 采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术对新疆马鹿23个个体mtDNA细胞色素b序列进行扩增,所得PCR产物测序,得到405bp大小的核甘酸片段序列,统计分析了3个类型间的遗传关系,通过遗传关系建立了系统发育树。结果表明,新疆马鹿的遗传关系与它们的地理位置有密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The PCR technique was used to amplify the mtDNA cytochrome b in 23 individuals of wapiti.The PCR products were purified and cloning sequencing was conducted.405bp nucleotide sequences were obtained.Statistics analysed the heredity relation of 3 communities,Phylogenetic tree constructed in the study showed the genetic relationships among breeds depended on their locations.更多还原
