【摘要】 应用传热学理论和VB语言建立了仿真软件,对瓷质砖烧成过程的内部温度场进行了计算机仿真,研究了不同烧成曲线、保温时间及改变瓷质砖的物性参数等因素对瓷质砖内部温差的影响。

【Abstract】 The simulation software of the temperature field within ceramic tile in the firing process has been established by applying heat transfer theory and VB. By means of this software the temperature distribution of the inner tile has been simulated. Temperature difference of ceramic tile during different firing period and different soaking time has been studied. The simulation results can be used to guide actual production process.
