甜菜花粉粒大小及其种株特性的研究
Studies on pollen size and seed plant characteristics of sugarbeet
【摘要】 甜菜种株的花粉粒为球形,其大小在不同品系的二倍体材料之间存在差异,差异性达到0.01的极显著水平,而同一材料不同母根来源的甜菜种株之间花粉粒大小的差异性也达到0.05的显著水平。从品系类型来看,丰产型材料的花粉粒直径稍大些,而两份抗丛根病材料的花粉粒直径较小。不同品系的二倍体种株材料在结实密度和千粒重之间的差异性也分别达到0.01的极显著水平,但同一材料的不同母根之间差异性是不显著的。花粉粒大小、结实密度和千粒重之间的相关系数分别为0.1242、-0.0686和-0.1293,说明它们之间有一定的相关性,但相关不显著。
【Abstract】 Pollen of sugarbeet is spheroid,which is different from each other among diploid lines in size.The variance of the pollen of 12 lines is highly significant(α=0.01)and the variance of the different source mother root in the same diploid line is significant(α=0.05).The pollen of E type is bigger than the ER type.The variance of seed setting density and 1000-seed weight of the different diploid seed plants is highly significant,but it is not significant in the different source of the same line.The related coefficient between pollen,seed setting density and 1000-seed weight is 0.1242,-0.0686 and-0.1293,respectively,but it is not significant.
