数控机床复合加工的新发展

【摘要】 工业设计是我国机电装备设计中的薄弱环节,其产品在国际市场上缺乏竞争力,究其原因,产品设计过程中仅注意了高技术的应用和多功能的要求,而忽视了人和机器的协调关系。复合加工是数控机床的一个重要技术发展趋向,在面向大批大量生产的组合机床上,多工序复合加工概念已得到一定的体现,当今的复合加工,是指在柔性自动化的数控加工条件下,当工件在机床上一次装夹后,能自动进行同一类工艺方法的多工序加工(比如车、铣、钻、镗等加工)或者不同类工艺方法的多工序加工(比如切削加工和激光加工),从而能在一台机床上顺序地完成工件的全部或大部分加工工序。

【Abstract】 The industrial design is a weak link of our country’s mechanical and electrical equipment design,and its products lack the competitive power in the international market.The reason is that manufacturing processing only pays attention to practice and the requirement of multi-fuction of high technique,but ignores harmonious relation between people and machine.Compound manufacture is an important technological development trend of CNC machines.The multi-working procedures compound processing concept has obtained certain embodiment when it faces to large quantities of mass production on the aggregate machines.The multi-process is that it can automatically carry on the multi-working procedures processing of the identical kind of technique or various kinds after the work pieces have been clamped by the machines under FMS condition.This can accomplish the whole or majority of processing working procedure of the work pieces on one machine orderly.
