【Abstract】 The novel layered Ti3SiC2 ceramic combines the merits of both the metals and ceramics, such as high electrical and thermal conductivity, easy machinability, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, and high temperature stability. The preparation, structure, performance and application of Ti3SiC2 ceramics have been introduced in this paper.更多还原
