【摘要】 过去半个世纪以来,吉林省的森工企业是吉林经济的重要支撑之一。可以说:“三分天下,必有其一”。但随着森林资源的减少,森工企业纷纷转向经营,特别是国家启动天然林保护工程后,大量的森工企业人员分流转岗,其中有相当一部分人员从事了森林生态旅游,这些人员非常需要必要的岗位知识培训。为了保证森林的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益,做大作强这一绿色的无烟工业,我们旨在对森林生态旅游从业人员进行岗位培训的教育模式进行了摸索和探讨,以保证森林生态旅游的可持续发展,为吉林林业老工业基地焕发新生机尽一点绵薄之力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past 50 years,forest industry is one of the important supports in Jilin province.We could say:"Threes worlds,we must be a one."But with the reduction of forest resources,the forest industries were shifting operations.In particular,after China started the natural forest protection project,a large number of redundant personnel were branched off to the other position.Most of them turned their careers into forest tourism and they need the necessarily position knowledge training very much.To ensure the forest ecological,social and economic benefits,make the green tourism industry bigger and stronger,we aim to discuss and find a way of the position education model of the forest tourism.To make sure the forest tourism could be sustainable developed,and contribute little power for the new action of Jilin old industry basement.更多还原
