表层SiC梯度分布C_f/C-SiC复合材料的制备与组织性能研究

【摘要】 为提高Cf/C复合材料的高温抗氧化性能,采用RCLD工艺技术,利用二次沉积法,沉积温度为700~1 200℃,系统压力为0.1M Pa,制备了表层S iC含量呈梯度分布的Cf/C复合材料。试样表层约1mm内,S iC含量由2.54w t%逐渐减少的梯度层。结果表明:新材料的耐磨性能较Cf/C复合材料高20倍;同等氧化失重条件下,氧化相对质量损失是Cf/C复合材料的1/3。RCLD工艺具有操作简单,易于控制,生产成本低的突出特点。

【Abstract】 To improve the oxidation resistance of C_f/C composite,adopting Rapid Chemical Liquid Deposition(RCLD)process and twice deposition method,SiC content gradient distribution outer layer of C_f/C composite was produced.The temperature of deposition was 700℃~(1 200)℃,and system pressure was 0.1 MPa.In the layer 1mm,2.54wt% SiC was decreasing.Results showed that relative wear resistance of new material was more 20 times than that of C_f/C composite material;In the same oxidation condition,the relative weight loss of gradient composite was 1/3 of C_f/C composite.The process of RCLD technique is simple and easy to be controlled,and the cost of the production is lower.
