【Abstract】 Private business has become the important impetus of the economic development in our country. But there are a lot of problems about the development of private business, and financing problems can be regarded as the "rib" problem in the development of private business. In this paper, the financing difficulties of private business is analyzed, including internal and external financing of private business, business credit and social guaranty system, and so on, in order to disclose the reason for financing difficulties of private business. Private business should extend direct financing channels, facilitate indirect financing channels, and improve the construction of social credit as well as guaranty system, so that the financing mechanism in private business can be improved.更多还原
