【摘要】 中国工业化要走资源循环的经济发展道路。中国人口众多、经济文化落后、发展很不平衡,工业化发展要走新型工业化道路,依靠科技进步发展先进生产力,真正把经济建设转移到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来。要树立全面、协调、可持续的发展理念,绝不能再走大多数发达国家实现工业化以消耗资源、牺牲环境为代价的“先发展、后治理”的模式,而且要正确处理好经济发展与人口、资源、环境之间的关系,实现发展、保护、治理的同步,实现可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrialization of China must base on resources circulated and economic sustainable development. Because of overpopulation, undeveloped economy and unbalanced development, to build up the news type industrialization in China, we must depend on technological progress to develop advanced productivity and transfer the economic development to the orbit, which depends on technological progress and exalts the workers’ diathesis. To form complete, harmony and sustainable development principle and to realize sustainable development, we must change the old mode used by many developed countries that is the one “ pollute first, manage later” , which is the industrialization based on depleting resources and destroying environment, and must deal with the relations between economic development, population, resources and environment correctly.更多还原
