农民工融入城市社会的制约因素与路径分析

【摘要】 “城乡分治”的二元社会结构、城市的社会歧视、各种正式组织对农民工的关注和容纳不够、农民工社会网络关系的匮乏及自身的局限性是造成农民工难以融入城市社会的原因。为了提升农民工在城市的社会经济地位,促进其与城市的融合,我们应该破除城乡分割的二元社会形态,清除并杜绝任何针对农民工的歧视性和排斥性政策与做法,将农民工纳入其居住的社区和所在地区的工会组织中,实现农民工社会关系网络由内聚式团体网络向开放式团体网络的转变,加强对进城农民工的引导和教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article focuses on the reasons—the dual social structure of the systematic structural partition of town and country,social discrimination from cities,few concerns from various official organizations for farmer workers,the scarcity of farmer workers’ social relation networks and their own limitations—which make it difficult for farmer workers to merger into the urban communityIn order to raise farmer workers’ social economic status in cities and help them harmonize with urban space,our government should eradicate the dual social formation of the systematic structural partition of town and country,should eliminate and stop all the discriminative and exclusive policies and practices directed against them,should bring them into the community where they live and the regional union,should transform their social relation networks from cohesive group networks to open group networks,and should strengthen guide and education among them更多还原
