【Abstract】 Severe insufficiency of business resources has already become an important constraint of the economic development of county area in the under-developmental area. In this article,taking the example of Wuwei county in Anhui province,the author analyze the historical and realistic inevitability of the emergent novelty about returning to one’s native place and establishing a business and the giant motivational effect on the economy of county area and the social development,in the hope of carving out the clue of expanding economy in our country,especially the county area in the Midwest under-developmental area.更多还原
