【摘要】 目的探讨芪龙风湿丸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为两组,中药治疗组52例病人应用自拟中药芪龙风湿丸治疗,对照组30例应用别嘌呤醇治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组为73.4%,两组疗效比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗组对关节疼痛、关节红肿以及血沉下降均优于对照组(P<0.05),而对血尿酸的改善与对照组相当(P<0.05)。结论芪龙风湿丸清热化湿、解毒通络治疗痛风性关节炎有较好疗效和较好安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of "QiLong Fengshi Wan"in treatment of gout arthritis patients.Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group 1(52 patients treated with "QiLong Fengshi Wan"),the treatment group 2(30 patients treated with allopurinol). Results The total effective rate was 93.7% in treatment group 1,73.4% in treatment group 2.There were significant differences between the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2(P<0.05). Conclusion The "QiLong Fengshi Wan" is effective and safe in treatment of gout arthritis patients.更多还原
