通心活脉灵对大鼠实验性心肌缺血的保护作用

【摘要】 目的观察通心活脉灵(TXHML)抗心肌缺血的药理学作用。方法通过大鼠冠脉结扎致心肌缺血模型,观察通心活脉灵对大鼠心电图、心肌酶及梗死面积的影响。结果受试药物通心活脉灵能显著降低急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图缺血范围和缺血程度,明显降低血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)等酶的活性,明显减小心肌缺血梗死范围和梗死程度。结论通心活脉灵对大鼠心肌缺血有明显的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pharmacological effects against myocardium ischemic of TXHML which is a preparation. Methods To study the effects of electrocardiograph (ECG), myocardial enzymes and myocardial infarct scope in experimental rats by ligating the coronary arteries. Results It was indicated that TXHML significantly reduced the level and the extent of acute myocardial ischem. TXHML appeared to lower the activities of serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine phosphokinase (CK) significantly. The results also showed that TXHML reduced the level and the extent of muscular ischem. Conclusion It showed that TXHML could be used in the prevention of myocardial ischem.
