【摘要】 目的探讨青年女性特发性葡萄膜渗漏综合征(idiopathicuvealeffusionsyndrome,IUES)的临床特征和治疗。方法回顾性地分析2例青年女性IUES患者的临床资料。结果2例均为青年女性,组织学检查显示:巩膜增厚,巩膜纤维增粗,排列紊乱。病例2行巩膜瓣下巩膜切除术后3周,矫正视力0.3,隆起的脉络膜和视网膜平伏。结论IUES可发生于青年女性,其发病与巩膜异常有关,巩膜瓣下巩膜切除术是一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical features and treatment of idiopathic uveal effusion syndrome (IUES) in young females. Methods The clinical information of 2 young females with IUES were retrospectively alalyzed. Results Both patients were young females. Histologically, thickened sclera showed thick irregular collagen bundles. Subscleral sclerectomy was performed on case 2. The uveal effusion with choroidal and retinal detachment was resolved within 3 weeks, and the best corrected visual acuity was 0.3. Conclusion IUES may occur in young female. It was related to abnormal sclera. Subscleral sclerectomy is an effective method to treat IUES.更多还原
