天泰1号对阿尔茨海默病模型红细胞免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的研究天泰1号对阿尔茨海默病模型红细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法将阿尔茨海默病模型动物随机分为4组,用郭氏法检测红细胞C3b受体花环率(RC3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RICR)、红细胞C3b受体花环促进率(RFER)及红细胞C3b受体花环抑制率(RFIR)。结果阿尔茨海默病模型RC3bRR及RFER显著降低,而RICR及RFIR显著升高;天泰1号组RC3bRR及RFER显著高于模型对照组,而RICR、RFIR显著降低。结论天泰1号可显著提高阿尔茨海默病模型的红细胞免疫功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Tiantai No.1 formula on RBC immunological function in mice model of Alzheimer’s disease. Methods The Alzheimer’s disease model were induced by long-term i.p.AlCl3, and the model mice were divided into 4 groups randomly. RC3bRR, RICR, RFER and RFIR were tested. Results In model control group, the RC3bRR and RFER were descended, meanwhile the RICR and RFIR were ascended significantly. RC3b RR and RFER were higher significantly in Tiantai No.1 group than those of model control group, RICR and RFIR were decreased significantly in Tiantai No.1 group. Conclusion Tiantai No.1 can up-regulate RBC immunological function in mice model of Alzheimer’s disease.
