【摘要】 图书市场的发展与繁荣,为高校图书馆的中文图书采购工作提供了极大的选择余地。采用招标模式,可使图书馆充分利用市场竞争的激励机制,获得高质量、高水平的服务,同时也可使高校图书馆的图书采访工作在更规范、更适应市场需求的前提下,充分满足高校图书馆图书采购的原则和要求。本文分析了高校图书馆中文图书采购实行招标方式的背景、意义,并结合深圳职业技术学院图书馆中文图书招标的实例,着重对中文图书采购招标工作的操作步骤进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development and prosperity of book markets in China promise wider choices of Chinese books purchase for university and college libraries in China. Public bidding enables libraries to benefit from market competition among book dealers, who compete to deliver quality and one-package services. Public bidding is in accordance with principles and requirements of purchase since it helps to standardize library book purchase. This paper analyzes the background and significance of public bidding for Chinese book purchase in universities and colleges libraries, and discusses the procedures of public bidding with Shenzhen Polytechnic Library as a case study.更多还原
