【Abstract】 Both follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) are necessary for ovarian follicular maturation and the production of ovarian steroids.FSH promotes follicular growth,and LH stimulates follicular maturation in vivo.The use of FSH and LH has not only shortened the duration of oocyte maturation in vitro,but also improved its development potential.Both of FSH and LH simulate follicular growth in vitro and have important effects on its quality.So it is important to reveal all the related factors for improving the quality of in vitro maturation oocyte.更多还原
