【Abstract】 In regard to the characteristics of water resources planning and management in multilevel lifting water irrigation districts,including mass information,complex structure,and scarce integrity,DSS was introduced for dynamic management of water resources information in irrigation districts.An integral function structure,database structure,and modelbase of water resources management DSS for multilevel lifting water irrigation districts were developed,and the thought and software and hardware conditions for realization of the system were also given.更多还原
