【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道汽化电切术(tmnsurethral electrovaporization of b ladder xumor,TVB t)治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法回顾分析56例浅表性膀胱肿瘤的治疗经验。结果56例均一次成功,手术时间短,10~50 m in,平均(29.74±8.26)m in。无重大并发症,不需输血。结论TVB t是治疗膀胱浅表性肿瘤的安全、有效地方法,对体积大但带蒂的肿瘤其治疗更有其优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the curative effect of treating superficial bladder tumors with transurethral elecvaporization.Methods 56 patients with superficial bladder tumors were treated by transurethral electrovaporization and the treat experiences of the partial chemotherapy were reviewed retrospectively.Results The total of 56 patients with superficial bladder tumors were operated successfully at one time,the average time was 29.7 minutes with a range of 10 to 50 minutes,no serious complications were noted and none required transfusion.Conclusion The transurethral electrovaporization for bladder tumor is an effecitive and safe method especially for the large suoerfieat bladder tumors.更多还原
