【摘要】 目的对从鬼针草中提取鬼针草总黄酮的工艺进行优化。方法采用L9(34)正交设计,以鬼针草总黄酮含量为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、乙醇用量、提取次数4个因素对提取的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为12倍量80%乙醇提取2次,1 h/次。结论该工艺经实验重现性好,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavones of Bidens bipinnata L.Methods The extraction technology optimized by orthogonal design L₉（3⁴）,while total flavones were adopted as indexes.Factors of ethanol concentration,reflux duration,ethanol quantity and extraction times were evaluated for their effects on extraction process.Results The best extraction technology was that 12-fold and 80% ethanol,1 hour of reflux,and 2 times of extraction.Conclusion This technology is stable,practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production.更多还原
