【摘要】 目的研究痛风定冲剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法通过小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠踝关节肿胀等实验观察其抗炎作用;通过热板法和醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果痛风定冲剂能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀,尿酸钠致大鼠踝关节肿胀;提高热板法疼痛模型小鼠痛阈值,抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体痛反应。结论痛风定冲剂具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-inflammation and analgesic action of TongFengDing Granules.Methods Observe the anti-inflammation by mouse auricular swelling,rat metatarsal swelling and rat pedal swelling experiments;observe the analgesic action by micehot-board and acetic-acid-induced twisting experiments.Results TongFengDing Granules had obvious inhibitory effect on mouse auricular swelling induced by sodium wrate,metatarsal swelling induced by pelvalia siliguosa gelatine and pedal swelling induced by improving the hot paw threshold,inhibit twisting reaction induced by aceticacid in mice.Conclusion TongFengDing Granules have obvious antiinflammation and analgesic actions.更多还原
