安心对垂体后叶素所致实验性心肌缺血的保护作用

【摘要】 目的安心抗实验性心律失常作用及对心肌缺血改善作用的初步探讨。方法采用氯仿、氯化钙、乌头碱3种心律失常模型及异丙肾上腺素(ISO)引起小鼠心肌缺血模型,观察安心抗心律失常及改善心肌缺血的作用。结果安心能够降低氯仿诱发小鼠的室颤发生率;能够延迟氯化钙引起大鼠室性心动过速的发生时间;能明显提高大鼠对乌头碱的耐受剂量。在ISO所致心肌缺血模型中,安心可增加SOD的活性,减少MDA的含量,降低血清LDH,CK的水平。结论安心对氯仿、氯化钙和乌头碱引起的心率失常及ISO引起的心肌缺血均有较好的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Anxin on experimental arrhythmias and myocardial ischemia.Methods Three kinds of arrhythmic animal models which were induced by inhalation of chloroform to mice,administration of CaCl2 and aconitine to rat were used,the changes of arrhythmias were observed by lead Ⅱ dynamic ECG.In myocardial ischemia animal model which was induced by injection of ISO,the contents of MDA,SOD,CK and LDH in serum were assayed,respectively.Results 2.8 g/kg,1.4 g/kg of Anxin could delay the onset time of arrhythmias and shorten the recovering time to normal heart rate and cardiac arrest(CA) caused by CaCl2 in rats;markedly increased the threshold dose of Ventricular ectopia(VE),Ventricular tachyacardia(VT),ventricular fibrillation(VF),CA caused by aconitine in rats.The results showed that not only the concentrations of MDA,CK,LDH decreased in treatment group with Anxin(4 g/kg,2 g/kg),but also SOD activity in serum increased in mice,compared with ISO injection only.Conclusion Anxin has significant anti-arrhythmic and improving myocardial ischemia effects.
