【摘要】 目的观察白及对小鼠骨髓的造血功能和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)产生的影响。方法用100%白及浸出液对小鼠连续灌胃10 d,1次/d,MTT法检测灌胃前后小鼠骨髓细胞以及IL-2水平的不同。结果与生理盐水对照组相比,白及组以上两项免疫学指标均明显增强,组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论白及可促进小鼠骨髓细胞增殖以及IL-2的分泌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Rhizoma Bletllae on the hemopoietic function and the production of IL-2 in mice.Methods We filled the stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of Rhizoma Bletillae for 10 days,one time every day,then used MTT method to test the proliferation of bone marrow cells and the production of IL-2.Results The proliferation of bone marrow cells and the production of IL-2 were enhanced obviously in Rhizome Bletillae group,compared with control group.Conclusion Rhizoma Bletillae can promote the production of bone marrow cells and IL-2 in mice.更多还原
