乙酸龙脑酯滴丸制备工艺研究

【摘要】 目的对乙酸龙脑酯滴丸的制备工艺进行研究。方法采用正交实验法研究滴丸成型的最佳工艺条件。结果以选择PEG4000∶PEG6000(2∶1)混合液作为基质,药物∶基质以1∶4配比,料温为70℃,液体石蜡为冷却剂,冷凝液温度为10℃,滴口内外径为2.5/2.9(mm/mm),滴口距冷液面3 cm,滴速40 d/m in为最佳条件。结论该工艺可为乙酸龙脑酯滴丸的制备提供实验依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the technological preparation of Borny1 Acetate Dropping Pills.Methods Orthogonal test was applied to optimize the preparation of Bornyl Acetate dropping pills.Results The optimized project was as follows:the matrix contained PEG4000∶PEG6000(2∶1);the rate of Bornyl Acetate to matrix was 1∶4 and the temperature of limonene was 70℃.The refrigerant was liquid paraffin;the internal and external diameters of burette were 2.5 mm and 2.9mm,respectively.The burette was 3cm above the surface of refrigerant;drug was dropped into refrigerant of 10℃ at 40 drops per minute.Conclusion The results provide the data for the ascertainment of shaping operation of Borny1 Acetate Droping Pills at the manufacturing scale.
