鱼腥草不同居群营养成分及抑菌效果比较

【摘要】 目的比较不同鱼腥草居群的差异。方法采用随机小区设计,栽培不同鱼腥草居群,测定不同居群的产量、营养成分含量、挥发性油含量和对金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌的抑菌效果。结果①HYXC02居群的地上部分产量最高,WYXC03居群的地下部分产量最高;②WYXC03地下部分维生素C、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量高于其它居群;HYXC02和WYXC03居群的黄酮含量明显高于其他两个居群;WYXC03居群地上部分的挥发性油含量最高,WYXC02居群的地下部分的挥发性油含量最高;③WYXC02居群地上部分挥发性油对两种菌的抑菌效果均最好。结论WYXC02,WYXC03两个居群比较适合药食兼用的栽培。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the differences between different varieties of Houttuynia cordata collected from Hunan.Methods Using randomizing plot scheme,planting 4 varieties of Houttuynia cordata,the yield and the contents of nutritional compositions and volatile oils were measured and the effects of anti Staphy lococcus aureus and micrococeus luteus of the 4 varieties of Houttuynia cordata.were determined.Results ①The HYXC02 variety had the highest above ground parts yield and the WYXC03 variety had the highest belowground parts yield;②The below ground parts of the WYXC03 variety had the highest contents of vitamin C,fat,protein and soluble sugar;the HYXC02 and WYXC03 varieties had higher flavone content;the highest volatile oil content of above ground parts was in the WYXC03 variety,and the highest voltile oil content of underground parts was in the WYXC02 variety.③The voltile oils of upper ground parts of WYXC02 had the best antimicrobial effects.Conclusion The WYXC02 and WYXC03 are suitable for culture if Swen consideration to both food and pharmaceutical materials.
