【摘要】 目的探讨土茯苓的体外抑菌作用。方法用K-B纸片扩散法。100%土茯苓浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果土茯苓对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论土茯苓在体外有明显的抑菌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of SGR on bacteria.MethodsK-B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% SGR water extract.We observed the inhibition effect of circular filter paper pieces of SGR on Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis、E.coli、S.typhi、a-hemolytic streptococcus、β-hemolytic streptococcus.ResultsThe herb had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.ConclusionSGR has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.更多还原
