【摘要】 目的通过研究异位宁对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清IL-2、IL-10的影响来阐述异位宁的作用机理。方法采用自体子宫组织块移植法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型。应用ELISA的方法,检测大鼠异位子宫内膜IL-2,IL-10含量。结果异位宁高剂量组IL-2含量明显高于模型对照,有显著性差异(P<0.01);IL-10含量明显低于模型对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论异位宁可以通过降低IL-10水平,而升高IL-2进而提高细胞免疫功能,从而达到治疗子宫内膜异位症的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo clarify the effect of YWN in treating endometriosis through measuring the contents of IL-2 and IL-10.Methods Operational self-transplantation was applied in establishing animal models.Detection of IL-2 and IL-10 was conducted with ELISA.Results There existed significant difference in the contents of IL-2 and IL-10 between YWN group and control group.Conclusion YWN can functions well in curing EM through reducing IL-10 level and increasing IL-2 level.更多还原
