【摘要】 目的研究刺玫果水煎液对家兔离体十二指肠运动的影响及对小鼠胃肠推进功能的影响。方法采用离体器官法、小鼠小肠推进运动实验法。结果刺玫果水煎液明显增高家兔十二指肠肠管的张力,减小收缩波平均振幅,不影响收缩频率;刺玫果水煎液对小鼠胃肠推进运动有显著加强作用。结论刺玫果水煎液具有增强胃肠运动功能,改善胃动力的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effect of the fruit of Rosa davurica Pall.on rabbit’s duodenum in vitro and little mouse intestines and stomach advance activity.MethodsUse the organs out of body and the experiment on little mouse small intestine moving activity.Results Fruit of R.davurica Pall.could increase tension of rabbit duodenum of intestines obviously,reduce and shrink the average amplitude of wave,but could not influence the frequency of shrinking;Fruit of R.davurica Pall.could strengthen little mouse intestines and stomach advance activity.ConclusionFruit of R.davurica Pall.can strengthen intestines and stomach sport function,improve function of stomach.更多还原
