【摘要】 目的探讨芒果皮炎发生的特点、发病机理及治疗方法,比较多种治疗方法的疗效,探索最为有效的治疗方法。方法总结分析55例芒果皮炎的临床资料。结果采用抗组胺药物、糖皮质激素、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素E、外用硼酸溶液、薄荷炉甘石洗液、尤卓尔等都有一定疗效,联合治疗疗效更佳。结论最为有效的方法是采用抗组胺药物、糖皮质激素、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素E以及外用药物等联合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo discuss the character,mechanism and therapy methods of dermatitis contacted mango,compare the difference of several therapy methods,and explore the best therapy method.Methods To sum-up and analysis the clinic information of 55 sufferers of dermatitis contacted mango.ResultsThe all therapy methods had efficiency,and united therapy methods had the best curative effect,such as anuti-histamine medicine,glucocorticoid,calcium gluconates,vitamin E,and so on.ConclusionThe best is united therapy method with anti-histamine medicine,glucocorticoid,calcium gluconates,vitamin E and the externally applied agent.更多还原
