【Abstract】 48 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.They were morphologically identified belonging to 16 genera,6 families,3 orders and 1 class.The result of the experiment has shown that quantity,species and distributing of the endophytes varied in Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.of different habitat.更多还原
