【摘要】 目的研究冬凌草中总黄酮的提取工艺并测定总黄酮的含量。方法采用正交实验进行提取工艺的优选。紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果采用最佳提取工艺测定了不同部位不同产地的冬凌草中总黄酮含量,花中总黄酮含量最高,不同产地含量差别比较大。结论该方法简单、可靠、稳定、重现性好。更多还原
