超声波提取木瓜叶总黄酮及其鉴别

【摘要】 目的为充分利用木瓜叶植物资源,避免资源的浪费,探讨木瓜叶中总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。方法采用超声波乙醇浸提法从木瓜叶中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=0.988 0 mg/m l,回收率为97.79%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取木瓜叶黄酮类物质的有效途径。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo make use of papaya leaves,avoid wasting and approach the extraction from total flavanone of papaya leaves.MethodsThe flavonoids were extracted by ethanol as the solvent from papaya leaves with ultrasonic wave and ethanol extraction.Using spectrophotometry to extract and check the flavanone of papaya leaves.ResultsThe density of the total flavanone of papaya leaves was C=0.988 0 mg/ml and the rate of recovery was 97.79%.ConclusionThis method is a purely physical process and has not any pollution.It is an ideal way to extract the flavanone from papaya leaves.
