【摘要】 目的观察复方人参乳膏治疗手足皲裂症的疗效。方法123例手足皲裂患者随机分为治疗组62例,对照组61例。对照组给予尿素软膏;治疗组给予复方人参乳膏。每日早晚外用1次,疗程4周。于患者用药后第2周和第4周分别进行观察记录并评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为100%和57.4%,两组有效率间比较,具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论复方人参乳膏治疗手足皲裂症具有满意的疗效,且耐受性好,使用方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound ginseng nitrate cream on rhagadia manus and pedalis.Methods123 patients with rhagadia manus and pedalis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was giuen urea ointment and the experimental group was given compound ginseng nitrate cream twice a day in the morning and at night.Treatment will be given for 4 weeks.Observation was taken and clinical effect was evaluated after 2 and 4 weeks treatment.ResultsAfter the treatment for 4 weeks,the total clinical efficacy rate was 100% for the experimental group and 57.4% for the control group.The difference between efficacy rates in two groups was statistically significant(P=0.000).ConclusionCompound ginseng nitrate cream has obvious satisfactory on rhagadia manus and pedalis with a merit of fine tolerance and convenient administration.更多还原
