【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定克感利咽口服液中栀子苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以D ia-monsil(钻石)C18柱为固定相,甲醇-水(29:71)为流动相,流速1 m l/m in,检测波长241 nm,柱温30°C。结果在0.236 4~1.773μg范围内,栀子苷的量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率98.96%,RSD=2.31%。结论所建立的方法能准确、快速地进行定量检测,可用于克感利咽口服液的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide in Kegan Liyan Oral Solution.MethodsHPLC method was selected to determine the content of geniposide.The chromatographic conditions included Diamonsil C₁₈ column,methanol-water（29:71） as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 241nm,flow rate 1.0ml/min and column temperature at 30°C.ResultsThe linear range was 0.236 4～1.773 μg and the average recovery was 98.96%,RSD =2.31%.ConclusionThis method is accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of Kegan Liyan Oral Solution.更多还原
