【摘要】 目的比较蟾酥注射液加化疗与单纯化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、毒性反应及免疫功能的影响。方法将83例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组。治疗组化疗同时加用蟾酥注射液20 m l加5%葡萄糖液500 m l静脉滴注,1次/d,连用8~10 d。对照组单纯化疗。化疗方案为NP方案,即诺维本(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP),28 d为1周期,连续两个周期。结果治疗组有效率51.06%,对照组有效率为41.67%,差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论蟾酥注射液配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可降低化疗对患者免疫功能的影响,改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo compare the therapeutic effect,adverse reaction and effect on immunity of chemotherapy combined Bufalin Injection with those of chemotherapy alone in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods83 cases of advanced NSCLC randomly divided into two groups.In the trial group,NP plus bufalin 20 ml were given intravenously by dissolving in 500ml of glucose fluid,per day for 8~10day.While in the control group,only NP Chemotherapy was given.Navelbine(25 mg/m~2,d 1,8) and platinum(DDP)(40~50 mg d~3) was chosen in the chemotherapy,28 days is a cycle,each patient received at least two cycles of treatment.ResultsThe effective rate in the trial group and the control group was(51.06)% and 41.67% respectively,without significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).But the rate of clinical effect,quality of life KPS grades,and change immunity in the trial group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionChemotherapy of NP combined with bufalin shows benefit in the treatment of advanced NSCLC,bufalin could decrease the influence on immunity,and improve the quality of life in patients with NSCLC.更多还原
