【摘要】 目的考察杭白菊存储时间及存储方法与总黄酮含量的动态变化。方法取不同存储时间、存储方法的杭白菊采用超声提取总黄酮,并进行含量测定。结果不同存储时间的杭白菊,其总黄酮含量有明显变化。杭白菊中总黄酮含量随存储时间的延长逐渐降低。结论总黄酮的含量与杭白菊的存储时间、存储条件和方法有关。真空包装和冷藏可有效地延缓总黄酮含量下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the content dynamic variation of total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.(CMR) from different storage time and storage condition.MethodsUltrasonic method was used to extract total flavonoids in CMR of the different storage time,then the total flavonoids were determined.Results As the storage time and method differed,the contents of total flavonoids showed marked variation.The content of total flavonoids of CMR also decreased with depositing time.ConclusionThe contents of total flavonoids were related to the storage time,condition and method.Vacuum packing and storage under refrigerated condition can efficiently slow down the reduction of the contents of total flavonoids.更多还原
