【摘要】 目的对13种伞形科中药的抗超氧阴离子(O2-)能力进行了研究。方法采用黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶-鲁米诺化学发光体系测定了中药乙醇提取物对O2-自由基的清除作用。结果羌活对超氧自由基清除能力最强。结论13种伞形科中药对超氧自由基均有清除作用。提取液的加入量与抑制O2-自由基的能力呈现明显量-效关系。更多还原
