【摘要】 目的建立复方肺心安片中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法测定复方肺心安片中黄芪甲苷的含量,色谱柱为Krom asilC18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65)。结果平均加样回收率为99.57%。回归方程为Y=9.587+2.196X,r=0.999。结论HPLC-ELSD法具有准确度高,简便快捷,干扰少,重现性好的优点,可用于复方肺心安片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Feixinan Tablets.MethodsHPLC-ELSD method was developed for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Feixinan Tablets on Kromasil C₁₈（4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm） with acetonitrile-H₂O（35∶65）.ResultsThe average recovery was 99.57% and the linear equation was Y=9.587 +2.196 X.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 .ConclusionThe method is simple,rapid,and accurate.更多还原
