【摘要】 目的合欢花抗抑郁作用有效部位的筛选。方法采用小鼠强迫游泳药理实验对合欢花水提物和醇提物及其各萃取部位进行抗抑郁活性筛选。结果合欢花醇提物与水提物的石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取部位与对照品安拿芬尼类似,均能显著缩短小鼠游泳的不动时间。结论合欢花醇提物与水提物及其石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取部位对“行为绝望”动物模型有较明显的抗抑郁作用,提示非极性成分及中等极性成分可能为合欢花抗抑郁作用的活性物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo screen the antidepressant fraction of the flower of Albizzia julibrissin Durazz(Hehuanhua).MethodsUsing the forced swimming test in mice,the antidepressant effect of different fraction from it was observed.ResultsThe petroleum ether fraction and ethyl acetate fraction from the aqueous and ethanol extracts of Hehuanhua can significantly shortened immobility time of mice in the forced swimming test.ConclusionThe petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fraction from the aqueous and ethanol extracts of Hehuanhua produces an antidepressant-like effect in the despair animal models of depression in mice.They maybe the active part of flower of Albizzia julibrissin Durazz.更多还原
