【摘要】 目的建立完善的气相色谱测定蛇床子素含量的方法。方法首先采用柱层析的方法对样品进行预处理,分离蛇床子提取物中的甘油三酯,并结合红外和核磁图谱验证;然后采用DB-5色谱柱,外标法测定蛇床子素的含量。结果经过预处理的样品在该条件下测定蛇床子素,线性范围好,r=0.999 7;回收率为97.97%~102.4%;RSD为1.09%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、准确度高,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fructus cnidii was isolated from the fruits of Cnidium Monnieri(L.) Cusson,which is a useful traditional Chinese herb.Osthole,a chemical principle isolated,was determined and quantitatively analysed by the capillary gas chromatography.The method of column chromatography with silica-gel as the stationary phase was employed for the separation of triglyceride from the extracts.The fraction was verified by IR and NMR.The GC-9A system consisted of DB-5 column could be applied for the determination for the osthole.External standard method was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the linear range of the standard curve was good(r=0.999 7).The recovery rate was between 97.97% and 102.4%,and RSD was 1.09%(n=5).This method is simple,easy and reliable.It also has good repeatability and sensibility.更多还原
