【摘要】 目的考察不同炮制方法对骨碎补有效成分柚皮苷及水溶性浸出物含量的影响。方法高效液相法测定骨碎补不同炮制品中柚皮苷含量;浸提法测定浸出物的含量。结果骨碎补经去毛炮制后可以提高柚皮苷及浸出物的含量。结论膨化法优于其它方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of different process methods on the contents of naringin and the aqueous extract from Rhizoma Drynariae.MethodsThe content of naringin of Rhizoma Drynariae processed in different ways was determined by HPLC,and the content of the aqueous extract was determined by extraction in water .Results The contents of naringin and the aqueous extract in Rhizoma Drynariae increased after it was processed and purified.ConclusionExpanded process is better than other methods.更多还原
