【摘要】 目的优选清肝胶囊水提工艺的最佳条件。方法应用正交实验设计,以浸膏得率和黄芪甲苷含量为综合指标。结果优选出最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水,浸泡3 h,煎煮4次,2 h/次。结论该工艺稳定性好,浸膏得率和黄芪甲苷含量高,适合工业生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo optimize the conditions for the water extraction of Qing Gan Capsule.MethodsThe extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the extract yield and astragaloside Ⅳ content as markers.ResultsThe optimum process was : add 12 times water,soak for 3 hours,decoct 4 times and 2 hours every time.ConclusionThis process is stable.Extract yield and astragaloside Ⅳ content is higher and this procession is suitable for production.更多还原
