红松松子壳酸性多糖最佳提取条件研究

【摘要】 目的实验优选确定松子壳酸性多糖提取最佳条件。方法采用热水浸提法,选择浸提温度、时间、固液比和浸提次数作为单因素进行实验,再通过L9(34)正交实验确定最佳条件。结果松子壳酸性多糖提取最佳条件为浸提温度80℃,时间2 h,固液比为1∶3.5,反复浸提2次。结论该工艺稳定性好,酸性多糖率高。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveStudy the optimum extraction condition for acid polysaccharide from pine seed shells.MethodsThe effects of four factors such as the temperature of extraction,the time of extraction,the proportion of water volume,the number of extraction on the extraction of the hot water were investigated.With the orthogonal design of L9(34).ResultsThe optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: Temperature was 80℃,2 hours evevy time,ratio of solid-liquid 1∶3.5,extraction twice.ConclusionThis process was stable and acid polysaccharide content was high.
