【摘要】目的制定健脑益智胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以人参皂苷Rb1为对照品,检测波长为203 nm,乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相。结果人参皂苷Rb1在0.407~3.258 mg范围内有良好的线性关系,样品平均加样回收率为99.14%,RSD为1.77%。结论该法结果准确,精密度及重现性较好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish an approach in determining the content of Radix ginseng saponins Rb1 in Jiannaoyizhi capsule.MethodsThe HPLC method was adopted for the determination.Radix ginseng saponins Rb₁ was used as the standard.Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （30∶70）.ResultsThe linear range of Radix ginseng saponins Rb₁ was 0.407～3.258 mg.The average recovery rate was 99.14 % with RSD of 1.77%.ConclusionThis method is accurate,specific and reliable for the quality control of Jiannaoyizhi capsule.更多还原
