【摘要】 目的建立黄芩苷粗品中黄芩苷的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定方法,以便控制其质量。方法固定相用Agi-lent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(49∶51∶0.2),检测波长为275 nm。结果黄芩苷粗品中黄芩苷平均回收率为101.64%,RSD=1.75%(n=5),黄芩苷在0.102~1.020μg内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.999 7。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于黄芩苷粗品的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in crude baicalin.MethodsUsing Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm).The mobile phases consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid(49∶51∶(0.2)).The UV detector at 275 nm.ResultsThe average recoveries of baicalin were 101.64% and RSD were 1.75%(n=5).There is a good linearity in range of 0.102~1.020 μg of baicalin(r=0.999 7).ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the contents of baicalin and crude baicalin.更多还原
