【摘要】 目的研究牛蒡子苷在小鼠体内的分布状态及药代动力学。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定牛蒡子苷在小鼠体内血药浓度及在脏器中的分布。结果牛蒡子木脂素口服后5 m in血液中即可检出牛蒡子苷,在小鼠体内呈二室模型分布,其主要动力学参数为A=37.312 5μg.m l-1;B=7.898 5μg.m l-1;α=0.005 5 m in-1;β=0.000 5 m in-1;Kα=0.478 9m in-1;t1/2α=125.008 3 m in;t1/2β=1 426.755 6 m in;K10=0.001 9 m in-1;K21=0.001 4 m in-1;K12=0.002 7 m in-1;Cmax=42.786 3μg.m l-1;Tmax=9.660 0 m in;AUC=22 892.878 9μg.m in.m-l1。同时牛蒡子木脂素在心、肝、肾、脑等脏器也有分布。结论牛蒡子木脂素在体内吸收很快,消除也快。更多还原
