【摘要】 目的探讨壮药解毒蕨提取物对小鼠移植性肿瘤的影响。方法从解毒蕨全草中分别制成醇提取物Ⅰ供试液、Ⅱ供试液和水提取物Ⅲ供试液、Ⅳ供试液,以小鼠荷瘤S180,H22,L-1210为模型,将不同浓度的解毒蕨提取物供试液给小鼠灌胃,测算解毒蕨提取物组、模型对照组和环磷酰胺组的肿瘤抑制率、生命延长率。结果解毒蕨乙醇提取物高浓度组(40 g生药/kg-1.d-1)S180抑瘤率为50.84%(P<0.01),H22抑症率为42.67%(P<0.01),L-1210生命延长率为23.44%(P>0.05);低浓度组(20 g生药.kg-1.d-1)S180抑瘤率为38.55%(P<0.05),H22抑瘤率为38.00%(P<0.05),L-1210生命延长率为19.05%(P>0.05)。水提取物高浓度组(40 g生药.kg-1.d-1)S180抑瘤率为25.14%(P>0.05),H22抑瘤率为22.67%(P>0.05),L-1210生命延长率为34.49%(P<0.05);低浓度组(20 g生药.kg-1.d-1)S180抑瘤率为23.46%(P>0.05),H22抑瘤率为21.33%(P>0.05),L-1210生命延长率为30.46%(P<0.05)。结论解毒蕨醇提物能明显抑制小鼠体内移植性肿瘤S180和H22的生长,而且呈现量效关系,水提物有抗小鼠白血病L-1210作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the anti-tumor effect of Jiedujue extracts of Zhuang nationality on mice transplanted tumor cells.MethodsDifferent doses of water and alcohol extracted substances from Jiedujue of Zhuang nationality were given to mice bearing S₁₈₀、H₂₂,L_-1210tumor.Tumor inhibition rates were determined.ResultsS₁₈₀,H₂₂,L_-1210 Tumor inhibition rates of the groups with alcohol extracts（40 g crude drug/kg·d）were 50.84%（P<0.01）,42.67%（P<0.01）,23.44%（P>0.05）respectively,those of the groups with alcohol extracts（20 g crude drug/kg·d）were 38.55%（P<0.05）,38.00%（P<0.05）,19.05%（P>（0.05））,and those of the groups with water extracts（40 g crude drug/kg·d）were 25.14%（P>0.05）,22.67%（P>0.05）,（34.49）%（P<（0.05））,those of the groups with water extracts（20 g crude drug/kg·d）were 23.46%（P>0.05）,21.33%（P>0.05）,30.46%（P<0.05）.ConclusionThe alcohol extracts from Jiedujue of Zhuang nationality have anti-tumor activities on transplanted S₁₈₀、H₂₂ and the tumor inhibition rate was depending on drug concentration.The water extracts from Jiedujue have anti-tumor activities of transplanted L_-1210.更多还原
