【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the best extraction process for resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum.MethodsUsing the orthogonal design which contains 4 factors and 3 levels to determine the content of Resveratrol as the index of evaluation.Results Significant effect was extracting temperature and extracting times.Conclusionthe optimum condition for the extraction of resveratrol was 10 times of water,extracting temperature was 100℃ and extracted one time,180 minutes at a time.更多还原
