【摘要】 目的建立酸角中木樨草素高效液相色谱测定方法。方法色谱柱Sh im adzu C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05%H3PO4溶液(55∶45),流速1.0 m l.m in-1检测波长350 nm,柱温:室外。结果在0.026~0.091μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率100.04%,RSD=1.13%。结论该方法测定酸角中木樨草素简便,快速,线性关系良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveThe HPLC method for determination of luteolin from Fructus Tamarindi is established.MethodsA Slaimadzu C₁₈ columnm was used with the phase of MeOH-0.05%H₃PO₄（55∶45）and flow of 1.0 ml·min^-1at the detection wavelength of 350 nm.ResultsThe method was simple and had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.026⁰.091 μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 100.04% with RSD of 1.13%.ConclusionThe method is easy to determine the content of luteolin from Fructus Tamarindi.更多还原
