【摘要】 目的建立祖师麻胶囊质量标准。方法高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。Krom asil-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.5%醋酸溶液(32∶68),流速0.5m.lm in-1,检测波长327 nm。结果祖师麻甲素在0.0353 0~0.423 6μg间呈很好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,回收率为101.75%,RSD=2.21%。结论该法操作简便,准确,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish the quality control standard of Daphne Capsules（Zushima Capsules）.MethodsUsing HPLC with Kromasil C₁₈ columm（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）The mobile phase was methanol:0.5% acetid acid solution（32∶68）with 0.5ml/min of flow rate,and the detection wavelength was at 327 nm.ResultsDaphnetin showed good linear relationship at the range of 0.035 30⁰.423 6 μg.The recovery was 101.75% and RSD was 2.21%.ConclusionThis method is easy,accurate and can be used for content determination of syring in Zushima.更多还原
